We provide the property management service all across Lebanon. Our main important role is that of liaison between the landlord and/or the management firm operating on the landlord's behalf and tenant. Our duties as property mangers include accepting rent, responding to and addressing maintenance issues, advertising vacancies for landlords, and doing credit and background checks on tenants.

As part of our additional property management service we manage construction, development, repair and maintenance on a property. Our relations with tenants give a face to the landlord and provide a buffer for those landlords desiring to distance themselves from their tenant constituency.

The law firm working with us consists of highly qualified attorneys that have enough experience in the field. Special attention is given to landlord/tenant law and most commonly evictions, non-payment, harassment, reduction of pre-arranged services, and public nuisance are legal subjects that our property management team is ready to take care of.
